THE BH1000 COLLECTION
A tribute to courage. In 1940 the skies above the South East became the stage for one of the most intense aerial battles in history, the Battle of Britain. RAF Biggin Hill stood at the heart of the defence, with over 1,000 sorties being launched from this airfield in a determined stand against overwhelming odds.
Having grown up close to Biggin Hill admiring the historic and modern aircrafts soar above, it is a part of British aviation history that is meaningful to Sortie Watches.
The BH1000 collection honours the unwavering spirit and legacy of those who defended Britain during its darkest hour.
This initial run of 300 watches (100 for each model) will be individually numbered, signifying your role in our history.

At the heart of the watch is the Sellita SW290-1 Elaboré Grade automatic movement, with 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and a 41 hour power reserve. The movement is elegantly displayed through a sapphire glass exhibition window.

The pilot's watch reimagined. Three light-catching sunburst dials feature British design that capture the pride & passion of flight. Subtle design cues reference symbols seen in aviation, whilst the accent colour balances across the dial.

The BH1000 combines rugged functionality with refined design. Its screw-down crown ensures secure protection, while 150 metres of water resistance makes it equally at home in the city, on the trail, or in the water.

PRECISION FIT
Carefully proportioned to fit perfectly on the wrist. A 40mm case diameter, 20mm lug width and 47.8mm lug-to-lug beautifully hugs the wrist. Delivering on presence, without sacrificing elegance.

VERSATILITY DELIVERED
A 316L stainless steel bracelet with quick release spring bars, screw lugs for links and an on-the-fly micro adjustment.
The Stealth Black model features DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated stainless steel. -
NIGHT VISION
Clear night-time legibility. The hour markers and hands are precisely filled with Super-LumiNova® X1 C1 that glows when the lights are turned out. The 12 o'clock triangle and circle markers at 8 and 10 o'clock are also lumed.
