Refund policy
We have a hassle-free 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. We are unable to accept return requests beyond this time frame.
For a return or an exchange, the item(s) need to be returned unworn, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. All returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the high polished nature of our watches.
Returns Process
To start a return, please contact info@sortiewatches.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the insurance of the returned item(s) in transit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues or you have received the incorrect item, so that we can make it right.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we advise that you process the unwanted item as a return, following the above steps, and make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want.
