Shipping policy
Shipping is included by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK and DHL for rest of world.
United Kingdom: Buyers in the UK will be charged 20% sales VAT at checkout.
United States: In light of recent US tariffs, we'll be covering all customs and duties ourselves, so that our US customers don’t have to. Orders ship with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you won't incur any additional import charges. Despite the significant cost, we believe it's worth it to ensure smooth delivery.
European Union: Countries within the European Union typically charge between 17% and 30% import VAT on watches shipped from outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by our courier at the time of delivery.
Rest of the World: For all other destinations, please familiarise yourself with the applicable local duties and taxes in your country prior to placing an order. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by our courier at the time of delivery.
Please note that all figures are indicative and may vary by destination. All watches will be shipped from the United Kingdom.
If you don't pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
